At Cosplay Store Greece, we want you to love your cosplay! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with Greek and EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at [your email address] within the 14-day period.

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

The product must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Custom-made or made-to-measure costumes

Personalized items

Wigs, contact lenses, or opened accessories

Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need an exchange, contact us at cosplaystoregreece@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Provide clear photos of the issue

Do not use the item

We will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
